Antinükleer antikorun bir alt grubudur. SLE tanı ve takibinde

kullanılır.

Örnek toplama özellikleri

Örnek alındıktan sonra serum hemoliz edilmeden soğuk ortamda

hemen ayrılmalı ve soğuk ortamda gönderilmelidir.

İnterfere edici faktörler

-1 hafta içinde hastaya radyoaktif görüntüleme yapılması, test

sonuçlarını etkiler,

-İlaçlar (hidralazin ve prokainamid) artmış seviyelere neden olabilir.

-Sistemik lupus eritematozus (SLE),

-Diğer otoimmün hastalıklar,

-Kronik hepatit,

-Enfeksiyoz mononükleoz

-Biliyer siroz.
