Beşparmakotu (kazotu) : Gülgillerden; yol kenarında ve çayırlarda yetişen 40-70 santimetre boyunda yabani bir bitkidir. Yaprakları beşparmak şeklindedir. Rozete benzer. Gümüşi renktedir. Uzun saplı çiçekleri, yaprakların arasından çıkar. Altın sarısı rengindedir. Yaprak ve kökleri Temmuz, Ağustos aylarında toplanıp kurutulur.

Faydası : İshali keser. Mide rahatsızlıklarını giderir. Vücuda kuvvet verir. Bademcik ve boğaz ağrılarını giderir. Diş ağrılarını dindirir. Diş etlerini kuvvetlendirir. Yüz lekelerini giderir ve cildi yumuşatır.
