Brucella Anti-Human Globin Testi (Coombs’lu)

Klinik kullanımı :

Brucella aglütinasyon testi olan ROSE-BENGAL testi bir tarama testidir. Brucella Wright testinin sonucu ise 48 saat sonunda verilir. Anti-human globin testi ise Kronik Brusellozisde IgG tipi inkomplet (Bloke edici) antikorları belirler. IgG antikorlarının bulunuşu kronik enfeksiyonun varlığını gösterir.
