Gaitada Rotavirüs Antijeni

Klinik kullanımı : Rota virüs antijeninin saptanmasında kullanılır. Rota virüs,
yenidoğanda ve 6 ay-2 yaş grubu çocuklarda özellikle kış
dönemindeki non bakteriyel gastroenteritin önemli etkenlerinden
biridir. Rotavirüs gastroenteriti bazen ‘’winter vomiting disease’’ (kışın kusturan hastalık)
olarak isimlendirilir. Akut başlayan ishal 4-8 gün devam edebilir. Kusma başlangıç
semptomudur. Bazı hastalarda ishal olmadan kusma görülebilir.
