IgE antikorları, alerjene maruz kalındığında histamin ve diğer
inflamatuar mediatörler salan mast hücreleri ve bazofilleri uyararak
alerjik hastalıklara aracı olurlar.

2-12 Yaş : <150 ku/L
13-15 Yaş: 1-200 ku/L
> 15 Yaş : 1-100 ku/L
