Lizozim  (Muramidaz)

Klinik kullanımı :

Başlıca granülosit ve monositlerin yıkımında oluşur. Akut veya

kronik granülositik veya monositik lösemiler, Myeloproliferatif

hastalıklar ve malign histiositozis tanısında kullanılır. Lizozim

seviyesi > 200 μg/ml plazma seviyeleri akut nonlenfositik lösemi

(M2, M4, M5) veya kronik granülositik lösemilerde görülmektedir.

0.2- 15.8 μg/ml

Yükseldiği durumlar

-Akut monositik veya myelomonositik lösemi,

-Kronik myeloid lösemi,

-Polistemia vera,

-Bazı böbrek hastalıkları ve kronik enfeksiyonlarda (ör.tüberküloz)

serum lizozim düzeyi artar.
