Klinik Kullanımı

Depresyon tedavisinde kullanılan, bir serotonin selektif reuptake inhibtörü (SSRI)’dür. Bu test sertraline ve desmetilsertralinin kan serum konsantrasyonunun saptanmasında kullanılır.
