Aldosteron (İdrar)

Klinik kullanımı :

İdrarda aldosteron ölçümü primer ve sekonder aldosteronizm

durumlarının araştırılması amacıyla kullanılır. İdrar aldosteron

düzeyi, üriner sodyum atılımı ile ters korelasyon gösterir.

Örnek toplama özellikleri :

Koruyucu eklenmemiş temiz bir kaba 24 saatlik idrar toplanmalıdır.

Diüretikler, siklik progestajenler, östrojenler, antihipertansif ilaçlar

ve licorice testlen 2-4 hafta önce kesilmiş olmalıdır. 24 saat

boyunca örnekler buz içinde veya buzdolabında saklanabilir.

Referans değerler :

2-26 mcg/24 saat veya 6-72 nmol/24 saat (SI unit)
