Klinik Kullanımı

Allerji hastalıkları tanısında birinci kademe testidir. Allerjik hastalık bulguları gösteren bireylerde, allerjik reaksiyona yol açan allerjenin belirlenmesi amacıyla uygulanır.

Astım, alerjik rinit, dermatit, anaflaksi ve ürtiker gibi hastalıkların araştırılması sırasında kullanılır.
