Klinik kullanimi

Ilaç düzeyinin takibinde kullanilir. Metotreksat, yüksek dozlarda kanser tedavisinde kullanilir. Düsük dozlarda ise Romatoid artrit, Psöriatik artrit, Juvenil Romatoid artrit, Polimyozit, Reiter sendromu, astma ve Chron hastaliginda kullanilir.

4-6 saatte 50 mg/m2-15 g/m2 doz IV infüzyon seklinde uygulandiginda;

48.saatte 0,5-1,0µmol/L

72.saatte <0,2 µmol/L

Toksik Dozu

24.saatte >10,0 µmol/L

48.saatte >1,0 µmol/L

72.saatte >0,2 µmol/L
