Mycoplasma Pneumonia Antikorları (IgM ve IgG)

Klinik kullanımı :

Akut yada geçirilmiş Mycoplasma pneumonia enfeksiyonuna karşı

oluşan antikorların gösterilmesinde kullanılır. M. Pneumonia başlıca

primer atipik pnömoni etkenidir. İnsanlarda solunum yolu

infeksiyonları (faranjit, trakeobroşit, pnömoni) yapar. IgG ve IgM

nin birlikte pozitif olması yakın bir süre öncesine ait bir enfeksiyonu,

sadece IgG nin pozitif olması ise geçirilmiş enfeksiyonu gösterir.

BOS sıvısında bu test yapılmamalıdır.
