HIV Enfeksiyonunun tedavisinde kullanılan anti-retroviral bir ilaçtır. Bir proteaz inhibitörüdür.

Pik konsantrasyonu (dozdan 2 saat sonra ):8-14 μg/ml

İdame konsantrasyonu (sonraki b.i.d. dozundan önce):1-6 μg/ml
