Varicella Zoster Virüs (VZV Antikorları) Antikorları (Ig M ve Ig G)

Klinik kullanımı

VZV bir herpesvirüstür. Başlıca su çiçeği enfeksiyonuna neden olur. Test, VZV akut faz enfeksiyonun tanısında kullanılır. Ig M cevabı raşların görünümünden 2-3 hafta sonra saptanır.

Varicella zoster igg pozitif ne demek? 

Pozitif bir Ig M ile beraber pozitif bir Ig G VZV ile son zamandaki bir enfeksiyonu işaret eder; pozitif Ig G ve negatif Ig M daha önceki VZV ile karşılaşmayı ve immuniteyi; negatif Ig G, Negatif Ig M VZV ile karşılaşmadan önceki normal hali ve non immuniteyi gösterir. Şüpheli durumlarda 10-14 gün sonra yeni bir örnek alımı önerilir.

Referans değerler

-Negatif(Ig M ve Ig G) : Bağışıklık yok,

-Negatif(Ig M) Pozitif(Ig G) : Geçmişte bağışıklık,

-Pozitif(Ig M) Pozitif(Ig G) : Son zamanlardaki enfeksiyon,

-Hafif pozitif (Ig M ve Ig G) : 1-2 hafta sonra test tekrarı.
