Hepatit B Viral DNA (Hibridizasyon)

Klinik kullanımı :

Serumdaki HBV miktarını belirlemek için kullanılır. Serumda

ölçülebilir konsantrasyonda HBV DNA bulunması aktif viral

replikasyonun bir kanıtıdır. 8 haftadan daha uzun süreyle serumda

ölçülebilir düzeyde HBV DNA bulunması kronik hepatit B

enfeksiyonuna doğru bir gidiş olasılığını düşündürür. Tedaviye

alınan cevabın izlenmesi için bu teste gerek vardır.
