Hepatit B Virüsü Core Antikoru Total [HBc Total (IgM ve IgG); Anti-HBc Total (IgM+IgG)]

Klinik kullanımı :

Hepatit B enfeksiyonu sonrasında şikayetlerin başlamasından kısa

bir süre sonra pozitifleşen ilk antikorlar HBc IgM antikorlarıdır.

Pencere dönemi olarak adlandırılan, HBs antijenin kaybolup Anti-

HBs’nin henüz pozitifleşmediği dönemde hepatit B enfeksiyonunu

gösteren tek serolojik markır HBc-IgM antikorlarıdır. En geç ortadan

kalkan veya bazen yaşam boyu pozitifliğini sürdüren serolojik markır

yine HBc-IgG’dir. Total antikorun pozitifliği durumunda akut

enfeksiyonu anlamak için Anti-HBc-IgM yapmak gereklidir.
