Toksoplasma PCR

Klinik kullanımı

Toksoplasma gondii’ye ait B1 geninin PCR ile tespit edilmesi prenatal toksoplasma enfeksiyonunun tanısını teyid eder. Ayrıca immun yetmezliği nedeniyle serolojik test sonuçlarından kuşku duyulan, ancak aktif enfeksiyon bulguları taşıyan kişilerde de bu yöntem uygulanabilir.

Örnek toplama özellikleri

Örnekler steril bir tüpün içinde gönderilmelidir. Soğuk ortamda saklanmalı ve laboratuvara soğuk ortamda ulaştırılmalıdır.
