Toksoplazma Antikorları (Ig M ve Ig G)

Klinik kullanımı

Zorunlu hücre içi parazitlerindendir. İnsan bu parazit için bir ara konakçıdır. Enfekte konakçısı olan kediler bu parazitin oositlerini feçesleri ile etrafa saçar.

Hamilelik sırasında akut maternal enfeksiyon parazitin transplasental geçişine neden olarak fetuste konjenital toksoplazmozise yol açar.

Hamilelik döneminde Ig Mantikorlarının pozitif bulunması, primer enfeksiyon olasılığını düşündürdüğünden dikkatli değerlendirmek gerekir.
