Hepatit B Viral DNA (PCR)

Klinik kullanımı :

HBV enfeksiyonlarının erken evrelerinde viral antijen ve antikorların

konsantrasyonları düşük olduğundan serolojik testler yetersiz

kalabilir. Bu nedenle virüsün doğrudan tespit edildiği duyarlı ve

spesifik bir yöntem olan PCR kullanılır.
